General Information and Mandatory Disclosures

Designation of the Responsible Party

The party responsible for data processing on this website is:

Hippiesque Kunst- und Kulturverein e.V.
represented by Rainer Kinsky
Am Kleinforst 275
40627 Düsseldorf

The responsible party decides, alone or jointly with others, on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, contact details, or similar).

Revocation of Your Consent to Data Processing

Some data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You may revoke consent you have already given at any time. An informal notification by email is sufficient for the revocation. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the point of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Competent Supervisory Authority

As a data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the event of a breach of data protection law. The competent supervisory authority for data protection matters is the State Data Protection Commissioner of the federal state in which our company is based. The following link provides a list of data protection officers and their contact details: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to third parties. The data is provided in a machine-readable format. Insofar as you request the direct transfer of the data to another responsible party, this will only be done to the extent that it is technically feasible.

Right to Information, Correction, Blocking, and Deletion

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, the origin of the data, its recipients, and the purpose of the data processing, and, where applicable, a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. For this purpose, and for further questions on the subject of personal data, you may contact us at any time using the contact options listed in the legal notice.

SSL / TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us as the site operator, our website uses SSL or TLS encryption. This means that data you transmit via this website cannot be read by third parties. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" address line in your browser and by the lock symbol in the browser bar.

Contact Form

Data transmitted via the contact form, including your contact details, will be stored in order to process your request or to be available for follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.

Depending on the nature of the request, the legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for requests that you make yourself as part of a pre-contractual measure, or Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (f) GDPR if your request is of another nature. Should personal data be requested that we do not need for the fulfillment of a contract or for the protection of legitimate interests, the transmission to us is based on consent you have given pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Data transmitted via the contact form remains with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or there is no longer any need to store the data. Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.
